The Apathy of the train driver!!

This refers to the incident that happened on 26th of Dec when a complete family had to suffer due to the indifference showed by a dumbass. The incident so happened that a son had to board a train in the morning and meet his family which so eagerly awaited him at the station with the iternary and all the events which were so carefully planned in pursuit of satisfying the expectations of the a society which has always been so conniving and obsessed with materialistic pleasure that the inner self is never taken care off.

Well as a matter of the fact I now think it was all destined (according to some lesser mortals I’d rather term it Cosmos). So, it all started on Christmas eve when the celebrations just kicked off and hats off to aunty who despite having a heavy load of expectations on her (from both sides – an obstinate society and a rebellious or rather special child) tried to maintain balance persistently reminding the rebel and in turn the allies that they had an objective to complete in the morning.

Not getting into the details of that night I’d start with the next morning. So after a night full of fun and frolic and dance and songs we somehow managed to get some sleep. The night saw all of us traveling to the edge of the outer world and back to the core of it. So we finally crashed off in our beds at around 3 and after a valiant effort that saw Kumar getting up at 8 in the morning and so did a certain Anukul who despite of being drained and unwilling got up and was ready to leave by 8.45. Pandit got up took off in a pilot’s fashion (No wonder he’s got a pilot’s eye and a model’s face) but had to go back home and the day saw him puke around 20 times. So knighthood was bestowed upon him for his gallant effort. So both hunters started towards our hunt and stopped at the center to get the prints of the tickets and as we were about to leave – here comes Ankit with breakfast for Kumar Bhaiya (Kumar with his firm faith in elders wanted to make his day by having a king size breakfast). So after a sumptuous breakfast we resumed the journey again. And who’d believe in our effort that saw us reaching at the station at 10 o’clock sharp. Everything seemed to be happening society’s way which would see Kumar Gaya at the destined time. There seemed to be No Way Out of the situation in which we were hopelessly caught. So there we were waiting for the train and came the messenger of hope. We were told that we had missed the train for a moment we thought of 24 hours in our hand so as to party more but then reality stuck as a bolt. We thought ‘how could this have happened to us and why us?’ I was first to point out the apathy of the train driver. That lowlife bugger did such a hopelessly pathetic thing that even Gods must have been cursing his deed. How could he have dashed the hopes of a complete village which waited eagerly with bands and flowers and chicks not to say. There we stood on the platform thinking how could the driver do this to us and did he not even feel the lump in his throat when a person is about to kill someone. How could he survive with the curse of a complete family and blessings of just few of us. What were we going to say to every other Tom Dick and Harry who was going to question us and over all what were we going to answer Aunty who despite of every opposition supported the rebel. One thing's for sure no matter what Aunty's never gonna believe the phony story.

Anyways when you are young you believe that the possibilities are endless so hunt for another possibility began (as in how to reach Patna?). One possibility saw him reaching Bhopal first and then to Patna from there but in the end it was decided to take a train next morning. Immediately a few people were informed about our achievement (well how many people will have guts to get up on time and still miss the train. U a genius Kumar) and they laughed their heart out. Some one pointed out correctly that when you are on path of your destiny whole nature conspires to help you reach their. So Kumar who knows may be Sam was always right when he predicted this thing happening days before it actually happened. Its all fates you can’t fight them haha. Well guys here’s just a glimpse of what we went through and believe me in the end everyone was happy that 'the rain came again and it really fell from the stars this time.' The next time the topic’s gonna be ‘Dreams Of Fire – Season II’. And Kumar one thing ‘Home really is where the Heart is (goes for everyone as well), ain’t it?’.
